Elder Recommendations

Each year, we look to add a couple of men to the eldership as others rotate off after serving their three year terms. The process begins by seeking recommendations from the congregation. The names you submit will be prayerfully considered by the current elders, before we interview and recommend back to you those we propose adding to the eldership in December to serve for 2022-2024.

These men should be people who:

• Follow Jesus
• Already serve faithfully in some area of ministry
• Lovingly manage their own households well
• Inspire you to follow Jesus and God's purposes for your life through their life and leadership

We are asking that you prayerfully consider whom you would recommend as an elder to serve a three-year term at Thunder Mountain Church. Scriptures to consider would be: (1 Timothy 3:1-11; 4:15-16; 5:17; Titus 1:5-11; 1 Peter 5:1-4.) You can reply either to me by email (Randy@ThunderMountain.org) or by filling out a Connection Card or note and dropping it in the offering box. We ask that you submit your recommendations by Sunday, October 17th.
