Here We Go!
FOR THE ONE is Underway!
Through the first weekend of our For the One capital initiative, we have received Goal Cards from 95 households totaling $1,159,638 total pledged and total First Offerings reaching $152,248!!!

WHAT WE’RE BUILDING?
We have plans to construct a 780 seat worship center, with classroom space for birth through pre-school, a prayer room, a large lobby, and a coffee shop to allow people to connect 7 days a week as well as before, during, and after worship gatherings.
With the breaking ground for new construction, we will also need to finish the site development of our campus with an access road from Monsanto Road to the South and the completion of the parking lot and all landscaping on the campus.

1. Devote the current building as a secure children's facility
2. Provide more seats for more people at our worship gatherings
3. Create more space for people to connect seven days a week
4. Increase our capacity to host more people at discipleship events
WHEN WE’RE BUILDING?
With the anticipated cost being $7M, and since the amount we can borrow is limited to 4x our annual general fund income ($5M = 4 x $1,250,000) , we need to receive $2M and increase our general fund giving to $1,250 (from $900k) in order to borrow the remaining $5M.
We pray that we can borrow as little as possible but that is the answer to WHEN we will be able to build.
HOW TO GET A T-SHIRT
T-shirts are given to anyone supporting For the One through a goal card or a donation.
