Connections Director
Connections Director- 20 hours a week
1. Assimilate Newcomers
2. Manage Growth Track
3. Oversee Guest Service teams (hosting, kitchen, baking, communion, ushering, catering, parking)

· Ability to mentor others in spiritual development and ministry leadership skills

· Possess a high degree of empathy for people with the ability to see from our guests’ perspective.
· Knowledge and experience of small group philosophy and system structures
· Addresses and resolves conflict well
· Executes vision in ministry area in creative problem-solving ways; understand how it aligns with greater TMC vision.
1. Assimilate Newcomers
- Maintain a database of all newcomers with the goal of shepherding them through the Discipleship Pipeline.
- Oversees the Next Steps experience to make sure it’s planned and staffed
- Follow up weekly with Next Step Experience newcomers through welcome texts, mail merges, and serving opportunities.
2. Manage Growth Track
- Walk with Growth Track participants from start to completion and then celebrate their accomplishment.
- Encourage Growth Track Graduates to enroll in the Ministry Leadership Course offered as an Equip class.
3. Oversee Guest Service teams (hosting, kitchen, baking, communion, ushering, catering, parking)
- Infuse the guest services team with a culture of radical hospitality.
- Recruit and develop coaches and leads.
- Execute training and appreciation events for all GS team members.
- Maintain team member scheduling system.
4. Help make TMC a great place to invest a life-changing dollar
- Manage budget with goal of maximizing disciple-making
