In Search Of...

Several years ago, we paid Slingshot Group to find a Worship Arts Director to replace Jared McCormick after he and Andrea had to return to Indiana for a family emergency.
I’ve observed that there are three kind of Worship Leaders
1. People who can lead a song
2. People who can lead a weekend
3. People who can lead a ministry
We need a disciple who can make disciples who can make disciples and while we have good leadership in place, we need someone who can develop the people who are here and there is  no one with the time and ability to lead the ministry the way it needs to be led.
We are also praying that the Lord will lead someone to us who will be present when the new building opens.
Outreach is the heartbeat of our church but worship is the main artery and the worship experience is the main place that a love for Jesus is “caught.”
I have a heart for worship but I lack the musical ability to develop our leadership the way they need to be developed and that is why we are looking outside TMC. Please make this a matter of serious prayer!
