Randy Youngblood

Founding & Lead Pastor

I am the Founding and Senior Pastor of Thunder Mountain Church. My wife Kim and I came in 1989 from Iowa to join with a few families who were looking for a different approach to doing church and reaching this generation for Christ. God called me not to grow a church but to grow people and to see salvation not just as something that occurs when we die, but a blessing to live out daily as citizens of the Kingdom of God!
I answered the call to ministry during the first semester of bible college where I went just because I knew I needed a better understanding of the bible as a foundation for whatever I did with my life. While there I met Kim and we married in 1984 and raised two daughters who are both graduates of Buena High School.
My favorite hobby is coaching kid’s sports. I played football and basketball in high school and basketball in college but the majority of my coaching has been softball, baseball and soccer. I enjoyed teaching algebra for six years at Buena!

Justin McPeak

Teaching Pastor

My wife Eileen and I have been married since 2008, and moved to Sierra Vista from Tucson in 2012 with one baby girl, and God has since grown that number to a grand total of 4 kiddos. Both of us have an education background, and it was the brokenness among students we observed in the public school systems that created a call to ministry for our family.
I taught 9th and 10th grade English and Social Studies at a high school in Tucson for 3 years before I joined the TMC staff team in 2012 as the Student Ministry Director. Since then I’ve been blessed to wear a lot of different staff hats, and grow through some really neat experiences. I received my Master’s degree in Christian Ministry from Grace College and Seminary in 2014, and I currently have the joy of sharing the hope of the gospel in our city and equipping people as I get to serve as the Executive Pastor!
My favorite hobbies include playing guitar for worship and in classic rock cover bands. In the last few years, I’ve also thoroughly enjoyed playing softball on TMC’s city league team.

Tessa Galindo

Executive Director of Operations

I am married with three amazing kids! We keep busy in a variety of sports. I love seeing my kids physical gifting's as well as the character God is building in them. We love to be together, whether that is outside hiking or indoors watching a movie.

I am finishing my bachelors degree at Liberty University in Religious studies and criminal justice. We have been calling it compassion ministries.

I love being a part of the teaching team where so many unique perspectives are brought together to deliver one message each week by a pastor who God uses as His vessel to deliver His message!

Graham Yost

Discipleship Pastor

My wife Britt and I have been married since 2009 and since then we have added 4 kids and an assortment of animals. We love Sierra Vista and the wilderness that surrounds this place! I really enjoy ice hockey, hiking with our kids, reading, and pretty much anything about nature.

My call into ministry was realized in 2021. My prior career field was military; I am a former Marine special operator, and I also worked as a civilian in special programs for the Army. I have a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry and one in the field of international relations.

Right now, I serve as the Discipleship Pastor and have a desire to see everyone who comes to Thunder Mountain Church take their next steps closer to Jesus!
