Waiting in the Darkness

When was the last time you had to wait for something? Maybe it was a delivery or gift? Or maybe it was for a job opening or promotion? To some extent we all know what waiting feels like. And while some of the things we wait for don't feel like that big of deal, other times the waiting really hurts. Sometimes the waiting can even leave us questioning God somehow: Is He active? Is He listening? Does He care? As we start the Christmas series we're going to look at one special couple in the Christmas story and how they waited in the darkness. And the hope they experienced in the waiting can be yours too!
