Unoffendable

When was the last time you were offended? What was it about? Maybe it was a text you got, an email that was insensitive, or a rude remark at work. See, the opportunity for offense is everywhere. If you share your opinion about news, politics, and social media you’ll offend someone. But, if you stay silent, you’ll also offend someone! With so much opportunity for offense, it seems like a "no-win scenario" we live in. And taking offense is destructive to us because it breaks down relationships as we hold onto the bitterness it produces in us. So, is it possible to become unoffendable? And if so, what would that look like and how could we go after it? In this message, we explore these questions.
