Anger

Anger is one of those responses we don't like to be honest about. We come up with all kinds of euphemisms for it instead. Rather than admit our anger, we say things like: "I'm not angry but frustrated, annoyed, hurt, or bothered". Why do we do that? It may be because we don't know where the line of sin is and when our anger crosses that line. And the conventional wisdom of our day doesn't make our lives better. It just encourages us to either fully vent it or stuff anger, but that just seems to wreak havoc on the relationships around us and with God. How do we exercise self-control in this area? And what do we do when we know we’ve crossed the line? In this message, we’ll unpack these questions together.
