Reaching out! Touching lives!

2Q17 Impact:

  • 30 unique guests visited us!
  • 79 people fed!
  • 739 item donated!

Compared to the same quarter last year, this represents a 173% increase in guests served, a 98% increase in people fed, and a 473% increase in items donated!

From our Pantry Coordinator, Katie Salwei, "Thank you all for helping us meet our goal...and for your generosity!"

Would you like to help?

You may donate food before or after one of our four worship gatherings on the weekend in the shopping cart located in the lobby beside the front doors. The chalkboard is updated weekly with our most specific needs for restocking. (You may also bring your donated items to the TMCC Ministry Support Center Monday-Thursday between 9a and 3p.)

Current food needs:

  • Herb seed packets
  • Bread mixes (any kind)
  • Milk (dry or canned)
  • Meals (stew, spaghetti w/meatballs, etc.)

Pantry News!

Be sure to check out our new bench in the shade outside the north entrance of the church where our guests can wait comfortably!

We have a new pantry storage shed which will allow us to grow the pantry while freeing up space in the kitchen for other ministry needs!  Sincerest thanks to Thom Roxberry for this significant donation, to Leo Salwei (in photo) for moving services, and to Hillary Culp for preparing the shed for use!  We hope to start using it sometime in October.

NEEDS to get the shed fully functional include building materials for work counter and shelves, 2-drawer file cabinet, whiteboard/bulletin board, adjustable-height stool on rollers, outdoor thermometer, battery-powered ceiling lights and clock, recycling bin, kitchen trash can, and grocery shopping cart.
